LEVEL 14: Yazan (ZDA), Ivan Grobenski, Baby Blue Gun
We arhe happy to announce a little summer singer-songwriter festival! One of the strongest vocals of Brooklyn Yazan comes to Europe for the first time, presenting his new studio album Exploding In Sound. To make event more festival-like, Ivan Grobenski will present his solo project and everything will start with slide blues duo Baby Blue Gun.
Yazan is a singer, guitarist and songwriter from New York, playing a blend of rural country blues, folk and psychedelia. His sound can be categorized to the same indie-rock enviroment as the post-hardcore band Pile. His latest album Hahaha for Exploding in Sound takes his blues-folk in a more energetic direction. Hahaha was also praised on Pitchfork.
Ivan Grobenski is a Croatian singer, songwriter, one-man-music-mashine, member of art-core band Moskau and one of more productive musicians in Croatian music scene. He will present his latest album Live Lessons, full of confident songs that create a gloomy atmosphere.
Baby Blue Gun is a blues project of Branka Smodiš, a singer that at moments resembles Carla Togerstone (The Walkabouts), and Dragan Tomašević on the guitar.
