GREEN MILK FROM THE PLANET ORANGE (JP)

Flying in from Tokyo into Gala Hala’s summer orbit comes the cult progressive rock trio with a name that sounds like a forgotten VHS tape from an intergalactic dairy farm—and music that feels like someone threw krautrock, prog, psychedelia, noise, math rock, and a generous dose of cosmic madness into the same melting pot.

Even when their songs drift into quieter passages, Green Milk From The Planet Orange are anything but background music. This is a band that demands your full attention. Don’t be surprised if, somewhere in the middle of a song, your third eye—or better yet, your third ear—suddenly opens. The drummer seems blissfully unaware of human limitations, the guitar ventures far beyond familiar territory, and the bass somehow keeps the entire beautiful chaos from floating away into deep space.

Formed back in 2001, the band has survived a breakup, reunited, toured relentlessly around the globe, and now finally lands at the inevitable destination for great underground bands sooner or later: Metelkova.

If you’ve started finding most concerts a little too predictable, this might just be your night. One thing is guaranteed:

It won’t be boring.

Music policy: Psych / Prog / Kraut / Noise / Math / Space Rock

TRAMHAUS (NL)

TRAMHAUS (NL)

Over the past two years, Tramhaus have become one of the most talked-about new bands in Europe. The Rotterdam five-piece delivers an explosive blend of nervous post-punk energy, shoegaze haze, raw punk urgency, and, above all, a magnetic live presence.

Following their acclaimed performance at MENT Ljubljana 2024, Tramhaus return to the city as one of the hottest guitar bands on the European circuit. Their debut album, The First Exit (2024), sent Dutch critics into unanimous rapture, earning top scores from de Volkskrant, NRC, and Trouw, while a sold-out show at Amsterdam’s legendary Paradiso firmly cemented their rising status.

But Tramhaus are at their absolute best on stage. Their live shows are chaotic, passionate, unpredictable, and irresistibly euphoric—exactly the kind of concert that leaves you grinning long after the last note has faded.

We’ll catch them fresh off the legendary TAM TAM Festival on the Croatian island of Hvar, right in the middle of the summer touring season.

Join us for a healthy dose of uncompromising Rotterdam swagger.

Music policy: Post-Punk / Shoegaze / New Wave / Indie Rock

Tickets: €12 presale on mojekarte.si, / €15 on the day of the concert
